The Election Eligibility Report shows all members in each district, sorted by flotilla, with each district displayed on a separate tab. For each member, it displays how they meet (or don't meet) the election criteria spelled out in Appendix C of the Auxiliary Manual based on the current data from AuxData II.

This report is updated quarterly in January, April, and July, and then weekly from September to the end of the year.

NOTE: Be sure to read the Overview Page of the report to see what data the report displays, and what additional checks the election screening committee is still required to make.

Clicking on the icon above with cause Internet Explorer, Edge or Firefox web browsers to both download the Excel file, open Excel, and then display the report. Chrome users clicking on the icon, must wait for Chrome to finish the download, and then go to their Downloads directory to find the file, and double click on the file to display the report.
